A truly outstanding experience from the first phone call to the delivery of the car. 

James is passionate about every car he sells and will go to great length to ensure customer satisfaction. We wanted a few akward and time consuming modifications to the car, that no doubt would have caused James additional work but he was more than happy to accommodate our request. We've now had the car for a couple of months and have had no issues what so ever. Thank you James

James is brilliant - he has honesty and integrity and you know what you’re getting in a car with him. He’s thorough in making sure it’s ready for you. We travelled a long way to come and test drive and he delivered the car to us the week after. I couldn’t be happier, it was worth the journey and I’d go to him again if I need to buy another.

From start to finish James delivered outstanding customer service. 

He responded very quickly when I enquired about a car, and was happy to FaceTime and answer all the questions myself and my partner had. Being 2 hours away, James had made it so easy for us and we were so confident with everything that we decided to buy straight after talking to him. James sold us a Citroen C1,  for my daughter after we’d popped along to view a different car.

James seems to have a good range of cars for young drivers in particular. We feel that we found a nice little car and James was really friendly and helpful throughout the buying process.  Not at all pushy , and he even delivered the car to us personally , along with a bottle of Champaign as my daughter had just received her A level results (not sure that’s a regular bolt on! ) A couple of weeks in we are  still very happy with the car , highly recommend !
